Shell & devein 700g prawns
Slice one onion and fry until golden brown
in olive oil
Remove onion from oil and add prawns with 1tsp garlic, taj
lavang, elachi to the oil.
Add in blender:
Fried onions
1 chopped
tomato
1 small tin tomato puree
1 tsp rough salt
1 1/2 tsp chilli
powder
sprinkle of lemon pepper
sprinkle of tumeric
few stems of dhania
of mint
1 tsp ginger & garlic
1 tsp garlic
1 Tsp Nando's
Mediterranean Peri Peri Sauce
a squeeze from half a lemon
1 tsp
vinegar
1 Tsp Sour milk
Once prawns are cooked, add blended mixture.
Add water and leave to cook.
Finally add, 2 Tsp Coconut milk
Garnish
with Dhania
Serve with rice or naan, salads, papad and Mrs Balls Chutney.
