1 chicken cut cleaned and washed
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tblsp garlic
¼ cup oil
2 tbslp red chillies – depending on your taste buds
1 tblsp tomatoe sauce
2 tblsp hot Steers peri peri sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp aromat
Marinate chicken with the above ingredients. Cook or
braai until done SAUCE 125g butter
1 tsp garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
¼ bottle Nandos peri peri extra hot sauce or substitute
with any other peri peri sauce
1 tsp Robertson’s peri peri
Heat up sauce ingredients in a pot.
Throw over chicken just before serving.
