Ingredients:
- 2 Ribeye steaks
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat grill to high heat
In a small bowl, mix together softened butter, minced garlic, and chili powder until well combined
Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper on both sides
Place the steaks on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time according to desired doneness
During the last minute of grilling, top each steak with a generous dollop of the chile garlic compound butter
Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving
Serve the grilled ribeye steaks with any remaining chile garlic butter on the side
