Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can 14 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can 14 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can 14 oz tomato sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Set the pressure cooker to saut mode and brown the ground beef
Add diced onions, minced garlic, and chopped green bell pepper
Saut until vegetables are tender
Stir in diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, tomato sauce, and beef broth
Season with chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper
Mix well
Close the pressure cooker lid and set to cook on high pressure for 10 minutes
Once cooking is complete, allow natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure
Open the lid carefully and give the chili a good stir
Adjust seasoning if necessary
Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or green onions
