Coffee Choc Brownies



These brownies are vegan and gluten-free, and they taste great with coffee and chocolate. They're soft and gooey, and they're perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C

In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt

Add almond butter, maple syrup, and brewed coffee

Mix until well combined

Fold in chocolate chips

Transfer batter into a greased baking dish and spread evenly

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean

Let it cool before slicing into squares
